Hello. In the Citation X fleet, can anyone tell me how long you can reasonably expect to be stuck on the reserve schedule until a 7&7 can be held? Thanks.

The only fleets that they are having to junior man people to the reserve is the dying fleets (7 and 1000). Atleast that is what I heard. So to answer your question, from what I understand, when you are done with your type you can bid the 7n7 on the next bid that comes out. So if you are here now, done with your type, then you can bid in the current open bid.

So from what I understand, the bottom 10% on the X fleet are not "forced" to be on reserve? Please correct me if I'm wrong. Thank you.

It is not necessarly the bottom 10% that gets put onto the flex. Just says that 10% of each fleet has to be onto the flex. Most fleets there is atleast 10 percent that want it for the extra money. I bid it next quarter just because I am greedy and want the 10k+ pay raise.

If you're still on the Ultra, I truly hope you get the reserve bid. I very, very much hope that you do. Just call me a very junior 560 PIC who likes the 7/7... :D
