Looking for some answers from pilots who work for citation shares.
#1. How long is upgrade time to captain?
#2. When you upgrade to captain, do you start at first year captain pay?
#3. How much is the insurance premiums per month out of pocket for a family?
#4. Do you get crew meals and per diem?
#5. Do they plan on getting larger aircraft?

Thank you all so much.

#1 right now they say 24 months this year, will go back to normal next year with regular deliveries.
#2 No, years of service.
#3 I get the HMO, great copays on everything, I use it for my wife and unlimited kids for 206$ a month.
#4 Crew meals yes but rarley. 2.3$ and hour, starting when you go on tour, to when you finish. 55.2$ a day.
#5 Whatever cessna builds that is big, yes. Should be getting X sometime this year, or so the little white rabbit says.

that is up-to-date, plan on 2 days OT a month, and working 182 days in a normal year.

Make some good money just on OT and occationally scankin on per diem.

Cheers

Thanks for all the info chewbacca. Love that upgrade based on years of service and per diem. Finally, good insurance. Darth Vader has landed at my
job. Our insurance deductibles are $2,500 pp and $377/mo out of pocket.
Hope I get in. MAY THE FORCE BE WITH YOU! Awesome movie....

CS practicals

Thanks very much, Chewy, just what I was wondering about. Could you also give some info on pay during training, length of indoc, and the length of time (recently) between successful interview and class date? Much appreciated!

How reliable of a source is this little white rabbit? All that I've heard, is how X don't fit into our fractional model at CS.

Dude, the rabbit knows everything. Pay starts from day 1 of indoc, you get paid full salary and per diem, its a 5 day course in HPN. As far as how long from interview to class im not sure. Ive heard 10 days, and some a month or so.

I think our model in the frac industry is changing, but who knows, lemmie ask the rabbit...
