Citation Shares Interview

Hi guys, I'm going to apply to CS and I was hoping someone who has interviewed recently could shed some light on the type of questions I should be preparing for.

Could someone please PM me and let me know what type of questions they ask on the phone interview. Also I was wondering what to study for the actual interview. I've been on aviationinterviews.com but I was looking for some additional info.

Not to rain on parades but we just sold off all the CJ1s and that has created a surplus of pilots. I was told we will have less than 20 new hires the rest of the year. But still not a bad company to be an FO at just want everyone to know upgrades will be long
