The slowtation is a one man airplane for the most part - Had a couple of buddies flying right seat in type and basically they were jerking the gear up and down. Could'nt even log the time - the ole we've got pax and they want to see two warm bodies up front kind of deal. Try DelMarJet in San Diego. Pat Cutbirth is the DO. I know they wanted 2000 total 500 multi a while ago due to insurance regs.

Not really

There are a couple Citations that only require one pilot but they are the ones that end in 1 (eg, the C501 551). Other than that they all require two pilots as they were certified that way. The other guys that fly them single pilot have a waver with the exception of the CJ drivers who have a C525S rating. In other words, there are two ways you can fly a citation single pilot (500 series only). . . if the airplane is certified as such, or if the pilot has the waver. So, if you are going to fly the Citation 550 (Citation 2) with a captain that has a C500 type with no single pilot waver, not only are you allowed to log SIC time, you are required to be current, qualified and on board in order to dispatch!

However, to answer the original question, sorry, I haven't heard of anything open but I would be more than happy to PM you if I do. Congrats on your type.

Kevin
