Anybody know the current rate of a part time Captain in a Citation II out of the BOS area? I don't have my guide with me anymore.
 
what about a 12 hr on call at the airport? Such as air ambulance? like from 9 to 9 sitting at the airport for a pop up. Would the same rates apply or would it be an hourly rate? Anybody have any thoughts?
