I need an idea of what it cost to charter a Citation 2/Bravo per hour. More than one or two responses might validate the replys.

Thanks alot.

About $1500-1850/hour (depending on your area of the country) + landing fees and any extras.

$1600 to $1800, plus fees. Dont forget repositioning the AC as well.

Between Mike1 and Barts replys, I'd say that's about it. Haven't been to Sbres site, but it might show the same?

I have seen the II go anywhere from as low as $1450 per hour up to $1900 per hour depending on the region where the aircraft is based. My suggestion would be to contact the 2 or 3 closest 135 operators in your area that have a II on certificate and see what they are getting per flight hour as well as the crew costs, etc. From this research you should be able to get a good idea and be "competitive" with the other operators. This is probably the best way to "validate" your final decision, I surely wouldn't do it based on the responses that you obtain from this thread.

good luck,

we used to charter ours for $1800 per flight hour and charged no wait time. That was right up to the point that they sold it due to low demand/rate. So take this post for what its worth i guess.
