Hmmm

Must be a revolving door... ;)

I got halfway thru the telephone interview process when they were looking for a SIC which I was overqualified for. They then decided they wanted a captain which I was underqualifed for.

Who knows.

2500 hrs, no jet time, and OVERQUALIFIED for a SIC position??????

Sounds like they want 1000hr wonderkid who is psyched to ride in a jet for 25K/yr to me!

MANY corporate gigs look for F/Os with around 4000TT, a type rating or two, and some PIC time......

sounds odd....

halfway through the phone interview and they suddenly wanted a captain instead of an F/O?.... im wondering 'whassup wit dat?'

well..someones gonna take the job. people gotta fly. people gotta get jet time.

I should have said halfway thru the telephone interview process. Had 2 interviews and then they said they would call a week later for the final in house interview. At that point they decided they were looking for a captain.

I said overqualified because their original ad for SIC said 1000 hours TT and some turbine. I have 900 ME, 1000 turbine and a simuflite SIC signoff for the Bravo, therefore I labeled myself overqualified.
