Citation Bravo/II NBAA Survey #'s

Anyone have NBAA's 2009 & 2010 Numbers (low, avg, high) for a Citation Bravo?

Aviation Manager, Chief Pilot, Captain & FO if possible.

I am an fo on a II in the nw and normally make $3000 / month (after tax). Cell and medical included. I am on a retainer salary plus daily rate. I normally work 15-18 days / month. It works out pretty good, and i do a mixture of same day and multi day trips.
