I've heard airnet will hire SICs around 700 hours, and I know they have a run (or more) out of LUK. I don't fly for airnet, but I'm doubt you'd be able to do your SIC stuff and get the run you want right out of training, but you could get it eventually. (airnet guys may be more helpful here)

See if you can get a gig flying sky divers. I'd start googling Cinci sky diving (and any other city within driving distance). It will be hard for you to get a gig other than CFI'ing, but it has been done before.
