Hello all - need some intel for a buddy who is looking to work at chrysler in VNY flying the Lear 55 and Citations. Please answer the following if you can:

1. Pay - Is it NBAA or per some industry standard ?

2. Equipment - Overall condition ?

3. Type of flying - pax / cargo on call ??

4. Days off per month / overall QOL ?

5. Management - Good to work for or is it another 135 ?
