Anyone tell me how junior LGA is and how long on reserve? Also what are the reserve rules? (I don't have 121 time the reserve deal is new to me).

Hey there.....I got out of class in June and i got LGA right out of training...it was my 1st choice.....it shouldn't be too dificult b/c most of the junior FO's with the exception of a few want out pretty quickly.....So, yes you should be able to get it out of school.....As for reserve.....I've been on reserve all of July, August, and sonn to be September.....based on the three previous months I will have a line in October.....however, I live in base and can get weekends off if I continue to stay on reserve so I'm not sure if I will take a line when it comes up. There are a lot of Out and Back trips so if you commute you'll definetly need and use your crashpad. Most reserve periods at LGA are 4AM-4PM......you'll here everyone in training say don't let scheduling take advantage of you and this and that but I haven't had one single problem. BTW, 90% of my class have lines at other bases. I'll be one of the last off reserve at LGA. Any more questions feel free to ask
