I just read something interesting in the new Air Inc. newsletter, it says, and I quote:

"local 747 ratified new contract (by 95%) w/leading industry highest regional carrier pay."

If this is true why all the negativity about them?

I'm thinking maybe Air Inc does'nt group them into the same category as Comair and ACA. They are listed in the jet operator section, and ACA and Comair are in the national section.

Comair and ASA are actually National airlnes for NTSB stats.

that training contract is only for those with less than 2500 total time. anything 2500 and above and you can leave a week after signing it no problem.....they might not like you for doing it but they cant do anything about it.

I heard somewhere that these "Training contracts" don't hold up in court if you had that nads to stand up to it. The courts saw it as indentured servitude which means you could just walk away and tell them to go Chataqua themselves.

Yeah, if you can afford Gregaros (Micheal Jackson's attorney) or Johnie Cochran---"If the glove don't fit, you can't convict".

Bye Bye--General Lee;)

Hi!

From what I've heard Chautauqua is a decent place to work. I know a guy at TSA who will go to Chautauqua if he is hired.
