At CHQ,
Are you still able to move your base after a few months?I've heard that is possible, i.e., I live and fly in the Guard in CMH and would LOVE to get based there,if possible! Also, since Am.West is pulling out 12 rj's, will this still be a base at all?

Columbus is easy to get into right now for first officers. It is prettu senior for captains. Most FOs are getting there in the 1st or 2nd month out of training.

As far as the America West deal goes, my early understanding of the situation is that Delta will still be operating those aircraft out of CMH. Chautauqua has a huge maintenance facility up there and would hate to move operations.
