First of all, does Chautauqua pay for lodging during training? Is the $125/week still in effect? Do they pay per diem on top of that during training?

yes, they pay for your hotel(two to a room), last I heard 125, no perdiem.

anything else?

I think with the new contract you get the monthly guarantee of 75 hours and yes they pay for the hotel.... the cookies in STL and the DoubleTree are the bomb

Except you have to flirt with the weirdo night-shift chick to get more. The two bartenders are good guys...they'll take care of you. And make sure to play a few rounds of a-hole with your check airman.

12 days off on the worst of lines, 16 on the best - Only 11 off if you get a buildup line or a reserve line - expect to hold a decent line in 6 mos - a crappy one in 2-3 (all of this depends on which base you get as well). FO PAY - $21/hr 1st yr and then like $27-28/hr or so in yr #2. Lots of growth goin on - hopefully you won't need to worry about 3rd yr FO pay.

Starchecker - you didn't like the "black and decker pecker wrecker" on the grill of the night counter girl? She liked you . . . I think cause she heard rumors . . . about your union member . . .

19 on the best...guys in some bases with 2 years seniority are holding those month...after month....after month.

Doesnt the 75 hour gaurantee start 30 days after the first day of class? I remember Rosa saying something like that during the interview. The $125/per week is allowance for food during the entire time you are in training.

Nope, Youll only get the $125 until after your checkride.

So is all the growth coming from feeding USAir? Are there other contracts that are adding routes or frequencies? I.E. Delta?

JRC

You CHQ guys should read your contract...

Guarantee Pay now commences 30 days after training starts (Article 9.A.1), and seniority and longevity accrue from day one. The $125 a week is per diem money, and is therefore not taxable.

yeah, thats what I was told by Rosa in the interview. does anyone have a link to the newest CHQ contract??
