Did CHQ furlough pilots recently? If so, were they all called back or are they expected to be called back soon?

Only honest answeres please!

In answer to your questions (in order): yes; maybe some but not all; hopefully!

I was furloughed July 31st and I recieved my letter to come back to work on October 1st. I am pumped glad to see the TA announced!

any CHQ pilots live in southern california or san diego? Looks like they could start hiring in the not to distant future (fingers crossed) and I guess looking for some help. PM if you can

58,

Which class or were you voluntary?

thanks

Thanks, 58, right behind ya.

yeah man how you been? howve you been keeping busy?
sup jack?

my factual information states this.
theres about 22+/- left to go after that Oct. 1st recall. thats our class (last) and a few off the bottom of the one before.

And You?

Hey Jack and Rob,

Been keepin' busy with ground based transportation (drivin' bus again) and whatever else I can find to keep me away from the rumors. Itchin' to fly, though.

What about you? Jack, did you go to the roadshow or are you trying to avoid that stuff?

Rob, do you know if that includes any voluntaries? I talked to one at STL who, as I recall, expected to follow us back to work. I hate to ask in the open but are we still 16 strong (PM if you'd prefer)?

Hope all's well with you and EVERYBODY from 6-30!

I didn't go but a buddy of mine went and found out a few things from the reps...

Double the pilot group in 1.5 years, 30 for delta, 24 for airways(J4J), and the 170's for united. I hope all the rumors are true!
