1500TT is hard. the 300 multi can be waived to about 100-150, as stated by HR.

Had a buddy apply 2 weeks ago and got an interview with 1700 and 150, was called back 2 days before the interview and told he couldn't be interviewed until he had 300+ multi. I'd say those are hard numbers.
