What is the status of the CHQ furloughs? have they returned? If so, when did they? If not, when will they?

-paddy-

Friend of mine at CHQ was furloughed out of training in August and should be back flying within the week.

Chq approached Delta Connection Academy this week looking for 75 candidates, from what I understand in conversation with DCA instructors they wont be able to supply that number of candidates anytime soon. One can assume that all of our furloughees will have returned by now and will also be sitting at least 75 up the seniority very shortly!Welcome back guys.I suppose Ill have to start taking calls from sched again.

"one can assume"??????

I disagree... that's why I am asking the question. I'm not looking for hearsay.

chq furloughs

we're all back. all doing IOE next week (as we didnt get to upon furlough) and theres a newhire class in training now. interviewing picking up and going strong and they're scheduled to be running ALOT through newhire classes next week, and the next week after....etc. I asked about numbers of new guys and was only given the answer "well, they've indicated that I'll be busy for a while now" (add an expression of VERY busy to that remark)
