Does anyone have the NBAA pay/benefits scale for:
chief pilot, flight management company (part 91/135),
light jet fleet (7 aircraft), midwest region (large city)?

Thank You

my guees- sorry not nbaa - is 85-95:)

I would tend to agree. Management companies are not known for their good pay. Sorry, but as far as the owner of the management company is concerned you will just be a necessary evil. All of the higher salaries will go to the line pilots who are most likely being paid by the aircraft owners.

It might be a good way to build contacts for your own gig, however. Good luck.

7 aircraft.....14 pilots....maintence.....dept personnel.....hangar.....ill stick with 150,000 min. you can come work for me...i have one ac..no maintence...no personel...1 other pilot...ill pay you 12,000 a year and you wash the plane to!

150000?

Good luck with all of that!

I'm all for it but reality will rule.
