The best thing to know is your company/crewmember policy manual.. Sections such as Leave,OJI,FMLA (Family Medical Leave Act) Maternity,Military leave. Know your company FOM. Such as Crew time limits, Resereve policy, Pay. This is most used in the Chief Pilot job. good luck.
