Try the LaQuinta at the airport ($40/night crew rate) or the Four Points at the airport ($45/night crew rate).

The infamous Quality Inn ORD. $35 a night crew rate (ends up being about $40 with taxes). Decent bar with good food (30% crew discount) and free wi-fi and a continental breakfast. Its a bit on the loud side with the freeway being right there but the van service is good and the price is right. I use it all the time and I am never the only crewmember on the bus.
