Chataqua/Air Wisconsin upgrade times?

Just curious how long upgrade is running at both of these airlines. Thanks!

Don't know about C, but AWAC is running about 3 years right now, but could change VERY fast if attrition goes up/down (fleet not growing at this time). But good concessionary contract and excellent (possibly best) in regional industry if arbitration goes in our favor.

Right NOW, Chautauqua is upgrading pilots who've been here right at two years. What that'll do in the future is anybody's guess.

AWAC is 2 1/2 years with the last bid....this will continue to slowly come down with upgrades planned (could go either way) for every month through the summer.
