Honestly, MOST Charter jobs I know of typically won't hire a pilot with less than about 1,200 hours or so... At 420 hours, you are quite a bit shy of that...

Send out resumes, cross your fingers, and don't plan on getting just a flying job. If you're willing to work in dispatch or similar, you'll have much better chances.
