Hi!

The FAA is now changing the regs. THey are getting rid of 125, completely overhauling 135, and they are looking into crew rest/duty day changes to 121.

Has anyone heard anything about how 135/121 will probably be changed???

There is an ARC (Aviation Rulemaking Committee) working on this, but I doubt you'll see any changes in the next 15 years. It took 5 years to get 91K out. They are rewriting the regs to update everything for RNAV/GPS, RNP, RVSM, etc. I think the last major change to the regs were in the 70's. Lots of different changes, to many to list.
