All true, but I'm sure you've all run in to the same type of reactions as I have when biatching about having to go back to the same (insert your most frquented island) for the umpteenth time. I never get any sympathy from my non-flying friends, especially this time of year. Found that its probably better to just keep my big mouth shut and hire the handy man if something really needs fixing right away.

Our company has been to Nassau twice this year ... my family can't believe I get paid to do that.

Falcon Capt is right, it is "just a job" ... but it is the best darned job there is, if you ask me.

Merry Christmas, y'all!!

Best part-time job in the world!

Remember daydreaming in your 6th grade class as you looked out the window? Teacher gets upset with you for not paying attention...

She may have said something like, "pay attention, what kind of a job do you think you will ever get where you can stare out a window all day long?"

Hmmmm...

Though I didn't have the focus or attention to make it through... I told him, don't worry about it, I'll be fine.. in High School they have INTERESTING teachers... and walked out!

Boy if I could find ol' Shoemacher today....

Junior year in high school a LOSER of a teacher told me that I would never make it through college, nevermind become a pilot...and that I shouldn't even waste my time...all this after I wanted to talk to him about flying (he had a private license)

I just said thats OK, worse come to worse I can become a high school teacher...he got pi$$ed and threw me out.

PS. teachers dont flame me please for christ sakes!
