Can someone tell me in what direction does the CG move in a Seneca as fuel is burned off?
 
No idea. Why not do a couple W&B calculations, one with full tanks and one with much less, and see where it leads you?
 
On the Seneca II, fuel burnoff moves the CG forward ≤½ inch.
