CFII sylabus

Does anyone have a syllabus for training a CFII applicant that they'd be willing to share? I'm ok with the flight portion, but I tried to make a list of everything I want to cover with my student and realized it was going to take a long time for me to organize everything into something that was usable and efficient. Thanks.
