I am looking at North Aire in Prescott AZ for the accelerated training for the CFII and MEI. Has anyone went to this school or heard of it, and how is it?

North-Aire and Sheble's

North-Aire and Gladys Morrison have been around forever. I recall that quite a few disaffected Riddlers switched over to her to get their ratings. Also, for some reason, the local examiners seemed to treat non-Riddle students better than they did Riddlers.

Custom Pilot Service is another Prescott alternative that has trained a lot of pilots.

One thing about Sheble's is its ability to get people finished fast. Joe Sheble himself was the examiner when I went there for my ATP in 1989. I would bet the ranch that it has an on-site examiner for CFI.

Good luck with your training.

shebles

I know a guy who just went to sheble for all his instructor ratings Told me it was a nightmare From what i understand it's more of a certificate mill for your ATP Not good for any other type of training.
Yes they have on staff DEs but that's not going to get you through fast

This only applies to the ATP guys
They are priority I guess it's all about timing hopefully you get there when there aren't many ATP guys maybe you'll be treated better
