Ditto what was said about American Flyers and their incredibly high prices. Most of the instructors I had there were pretty good, I think I know Gene, he was always nice to me. About the topic at hand, I don't think a school has any obligation to hire you. If they're in a situation where they're short on instructors and you do very well with your training, but they won't give you an interview, then maybe something's up. I'm not sure how many scenarios like that there are right now, I would imagine not many.
