My CFI expires in Oct of this year. I signed up for the American Flyers deal 4 years ago, so renewal is still free for me. How many months can I do it before Oct without changing my renewal month? I have training at the end of August that will last 2.5 months so I am hoping to get it done before then. but I really don't want to make the expiration earlier than Oct next time.

Thanks

Two months. Somewhere I've seen three months, but not sure.

I'm almost positive you can start 90 days before your expiration. If you complete it it still counts as your original month.
I have done the A/F course 3 or 4 times. While it is a bit of a pain, it sure is a good value.
