Looks like a GREAT place to fly. And a CPC on top of that =)

OK let me refrase that,..."they would like you to stay a little longer than 3-6 months" just because you need 400 hrs more.
They would rather have a less experienced CFI than somebody who's looking for something to do while waiting for a 135 job.
The've had those didn't like'em..
