What is your hourly pay rate as a CFI, CFII, MEI, Gold Seal, etc.

Do you have benifits, medical, dental, vision, retirement, 401K, 403B, free flight time, cheap flight time, free housing, free masters degree for yourself or spouse, discounted masters degree for yourself or spouse, vacation days, personal days, paid vacation, paid personal days, etc

Again I know this has been brought up before but again we are trying to get a raise so please help out.

The two local schools where I am charge/pay the following:

School 1- $27/$17
School 2 - $27/$14

A few "downtown schools charge upwards of $35 to $65/hr. I am not sure what they pay out. I also do not believe that those two schools mentioned above pay any benefits either...

I am a part-time independent CFI and charge $45/hr since I've had my ATP and NAFI Master CFI.

In FL:

School charges $30
Instructors get $12

No benefits what-so-ever, only hobbs and 1 on 1 ground is charged

School in MN where I used to teach paid a percentage of what we billed out:

28/hr: 48% commision out of that for primary training for a new instructor.
We got a 3 to 5% raise after 6 months with CFII and MEI completed and another raise after 18 months. There was an annual raise after that If I remember right but they topped you out at 58%. No benefits or anything - upside was we didn't cost the company anything during hard times (9/11) so we had a little job security. We also didn't have to be there all the time for no reason which was realllllyyy nice.
