I have a company review this week and need a little help. I operate a C421, part 91, single pilot and I manage the aircraft. I am interested to know what the competative pay is for this type of aircraft and operation. This is my 90 day review. According to company reps they average about 300-400 hours per year of flight time. Any info would be greatly appreciated!

I've been looking for a job like this...I figured 60K a year +bennies is what I would be happy with.

eeh the average from what i've seen is 30-45 at maximum. if you can get more, great! :) i was getting 30,000 plus use of the airplane.

If it's any help I was getting 35,000 in the midwest C-414A, I was low time and under paid(300h per year ). Another pilot in the same town was getting high forties.

Good luck!
