More power to 'em if they can run the company to high profitability. The more perks, the higher quality candidate wants the job...ergo, (theoretically) more profits.

It costs the company as much or more to have a multi-million dollar CEO sitting in a terminal for 6 or 8 total hours for each trip, and being unproductive on the airline flight itself.

If they fly corporate, they not only are spending MUCH less time in an airport, but also able to conduct business on the plane.
