um well a little more info would help, what style interior do you have? flops, TA, NJ ect. I am familiar with the flops 650s, very much so. pieces o crap.....MO

It is a part 91 aircraft. In the forward coat closet there is a lone 1 amp circuit breaker in the middle...it appears there is some sort of fan on the fwd wall of the closet behind the co-pilot seat. I hope that helps a little more.
 
sounds like some sort of cabin temp probe? but I am just guessing, pull the breaker and see what doesnt work...? our IIIs are not set up like that
 
RVATOR is correct.

It runs the cockpit temp probe for the auto mode on the environment control system. The fan blows/sucks (easy now) air over the temp probe. And we all know how terrible that works, dang, my feet are still frozen...
