Anyone have any info on a DPE or FAA inspector who can issue a type rating in the Citation III and or Citation X aircraft? Both types are needed, may be separate examiners.

Thanks

I appreciate the advice Blackjet, I mean with your 3000 hours and two types you pretty much have things figured out for all of us, thanks.

Now, the reality of this situation is that a department (not in Florida) that I don't work for or run has an owner who doesn't care about his seatfillers qualifications. I am trying to save a few good guys their jobs, and get a few types for a couple of F.O.'s who deserve the ink on their ticket, they earned it. But, a couple of fractional guys who have agreed to sell their soul for a ticket out of the fracs, why I don't know, but both guys are trying to convince this owner to use their frac buddies as contract guys and fire all the crews currently employed.

So, if someone out there has some positive intel for me to help four possibly five more fellow pilots save their paycheck, please post it or pm me.

Have you searched around the FAA web site. I thought I was going to need BJ guy a couple years ago when I was having a hard time getting a slot at FSI and found a list of them there. Sorry I do not remember the exact link but it's there.

MT, We used an X rated FAA guy out of the NY area for our dept. 135 check airmen checkrides. I'm sure he can do 91 type rides, also. I'll look up his name/ # and PM it to you this week.

Judging from mountains past posts fractionals are not his favorite.

I may have given the wrong impression about ALL frac guys Diesel. NO problems there. Didn't mean to insult anyone, I apoligize if I ruffled any feathers. I do have a large chip on my shoulder when anyone comes in and steals a guy's job by promising more stuff when taking less money and benefits. I have been burned several times in my aviation life by the scab whores of the aviation world. If you are worth $$ (whatever amount) per day or year, don't sell out cheap and give it away. And by the way, my younger brother is a frac pilot with your company Diesel. I have felt the pain. You guys did good.

no worries
