CCIA Hiring Again?!

I saw an ad on climbto350 for CCIA that they are looking for 727 FO's. Anyone know why they posted an ad? I thought most new hires came from internal recommendations. Did they have a mass exodus of pilots or they just need more pilots? Just curious! Thanks!

My freind says they are updating their resume pile. Even with the add, about the only shure way to get on is a good internal rec.

They also seem to be hiring people with more time nowdays, i've been told they have had problems with lower time people.

My suggestion is get a good internal, get some more time, and cross your fingers.
