Cathay questions

I recently applied to Cathay Pacific for the first time via e-mail. Do you they hire pilots that have only an FAA ATP?

Also, can someone who works there now tell me about the place, as in quality of life, days off, etc.?

They do hire pilots with only FAA ATP but I believe you have to mail them your resume and they will give you a PRN which is unique to each person.
