I saw a caravan freighter with the 'Castle' logo on it somwhere in Illinois this last week. Anybody know about this operation? Is it a good place to be? pay/benefits, etc. Thanks in advance!

Castle is a freight operator based out of the Akron-Canton airport (KCAK). They have a couple of Caravans, and some Aerostars. I was just there a few days ago, and one of the Van' pilots told me they very getting pretty busy on both the freight side and on the pax charter side. From what I've been told they are a pretty good group to work for, but I've never gotten any specifics about pay or schedule. The web site is WWW.Castleair.com If I find anything else out I'll post it.
Good luck,
TJ

A guy I know used to work for them. He had to pay for his training and then got right seat time in their aircraft (SEC on a Caravan?).

Just what I heard, but, if true, it doesn't sound promising.
