Any airlines flying outside of the U.S. without having the ops specs authorized to navigate using Class II ? Seems like a huge hassle to do only being authorized for Class I.
 
Yes,I know. But not efficiently. Thanks, but that was not the question? Is it really that difficult to obtain the Ops Specs for Class II? I flew at a 135 operator that had Class II but my current 121 job doesn't have it.
