What would the possible make(s) and model(s) be for a 2003 208B? What about for a 208-675 (144A engine)?

Do you really think the engine has anything to do with the radar?

No. However, the 208-675 and the 208B have different size airframes. The 208B is also an "upgraded" model which could come standard with a higher quality radar system.

BTW- both aircraft will have a full Garmin avionics package. Not sure if that matters.

The Vans that I used to fly all had King avionics stacks with King radars. Not sure of MMS tho.

While I don't know any tech specs on the actual radar unit in the wing pod, it looks like all models of the Caravan have been coming out of the factory with the KMD-850 unit in the panel.

Not sure if that'll help at all.
