captain upgrade @ Island air

Can someone tell me what minimums do you need to upgrade captain at island air?

3000 total fixed wing and 1000 multi.
For those with at least 1 year at Island Air, 2500TT and 500 in the DHC-8.

What was your flight time when you got the call for an interview and how long did you wait till you got the call? you can check posts on this board for any tips on the island air interview.

I have about 4k total 2300 in the dash I work at one of the useless air WO and can't take anymore. I got a call from the CP about 3 to 4 months ago and did not hear from them again untill last week
