After reading your other posts, it would appear that you are overly sensitive about your gender and being able to hide behind union protection. I can therefore assume that you carry a big ole chip around in your uterus that has created tension in the "cockpit" on more than one occasion. If you had the ability to get along with people without aggravating the sometimes sensitive CA/FO relationship, then I would say you would fit in well in a non-union environment. Under the circumstances I would say that you need to go somewhere else and stop worrying about the fact that you are a WOMAN and just do your job to the betterment of your ability. And as far as PMing you, WHY DOES YOUR DISCUSSION NEED TO BE PRIVATE? CS will definitely figure you out. You will be wasting your time.

You must be the Captain that everyone is referring to or maybe aspiring to be one. Why so mean in your post? I'd say its borderline harassing and definately rude. The discussion does not need to be private. I know of at least (3) women pilots who left citation because of, out of a lack of better words, sex issues while flying with a few certain captains. Do you want the Captain names? I'd give them to you if you worked there.......and could give valuable and factual insight. I am currently flying for an airline and MAY be looking to fractional or regional airlines due to the financial instability of my current job. Citation seems to be a good place to work but lacks union security and seems to have the "good ole boy" network as many have eluded to on this and other forums.

When you say "citation," I assume that you are referring to "citation shares?" 3 female pilots left their becuase of sexual harrassment??? Really??? Thats not good. Bogart, you got a line on that???

Yes, citationshares. I am sorry for the mis-print. "Sexual harassment" is a strong and scary term that I will leave to others.

At NJ one of the Union EB is a woman. Plus probably one of the best pilots i've seen in my life.

Common over the water is fine here. :)

La Femme,
Flew with a FO last month. She left CS a while back as a Captain. She had nothing good to say about CS. Now I know there is always two sides, but I choose to believe what she was saying.

And she did say that harassment was a problem over there for the fairer sex.

PM me, I may be able to get her to contact you. Or better yet, I could foward a msg to her from you, and leave it up to her to contact you.

Blugrit, talk like that in any reasonable working environment would get you fired. I hope the moderators find your comments equally disgusting and inappropriate.
