Capt Pay Aloha Island Air?

Hello...

Do any of you guys/gals have the payscale at Island Air for Capts..I understand it is a pretty quick upgrade if you have previous Dash experience and high TT...is that true?

Where are the bases?

Can you live "comfortably" at this pay? I know it is SUPER expensive to live in Hawaii?

first year captain pay is 37.41/hr. guarantees are 70 for reserve and 85 for bid line.

you can live here on captains pay. most of our guys do just fine. a few of them have roommates others are able to live alone.

everyone is based in HNL.

quick upgrading has usually been the norm, its even happening right now. just like in the stock market, past performance is not an indication of future performance. our upgrade times are driven by aloha and hawaiian's hiring. they usually alternate hiring phases. right now aloha is the one hiring from us.
