Are they an OK place ?
How is the schedule?
Is the company pretty straight with you?

Typing this as I watch the Jets vs. Chargers, so not responsible for any typos. First year F/O pay @ 38K. Schedule is basically 2 weeks on and 2 weeks off. Live anywhere, they airline you to trip. Upgrade requires @ 500 hours in type, so if you meet the other mins., expect upgrade in about 1 year. With upgrade expect @70K as new Cpt., as I recall.

Did I miss anything ? Jets win 20 to 17 in O/T.

One year upgrade is a stretch, plan on 24-36 months, but who knows? Current Capt. upgrades, 36 mo. FO's. Pay is correct, however, with bonus and per diem, 51K annual for 1yr. FO's.

Yeah Capital is a good place to work. The only negatives that I remember was that the pay wasn't that great, and they had like only one real contract with BAX and an operation with DHL in Miami. That may have changed by now. They are a professional outfit and they definately took care of their airplanes.
