We just had a class of six in August..we have a class of six starting on 1 October and rumor has it that we will have another class at the beginning of next year (if not sooner). Now for the questions:

1. First year pay is $50.86/hr with a 62 hour guarantee. ($37,839.84 annual base)

2. Per diem is $42.00 a day ($1.75/hr)

3. Schedule is 16 on rest of month off. You are either a first half or last half of the month pilot. (Some months you fly less depending on how the month starts)

4. Upgrade is up in the air. One guy upgraded in 15 months because no one bid it and right now we have a 5 Captain bid out and everyone is bidding it. About two years seems to be the norm.

5. Most of the flying is domestic. (we fly to Mexico and a little to Central and South America)

6. You get bonuses quarterly for meeting certain on time percentages.

7. We have only two reserve lines and if you get one of them it's in Toledo and the company pays for the hotel so no crashpad.

8. Company airlines you to your route so no worrys getting to work.

We basically work from Monday night to Friday morning then bed down in the outstation.

Good luck
