I was just wondering if you want to read the Newspaper can you, or do you need to close the door between you and the pax? What about the use of skoal on the flightdeck? I would like to work for the fracs in the future.

I close it all the time. gives the owners some privacy. that's the way i see it.

Isn't your 'door' more like a 'curtain'? Not too much privacy if you were deep in the midst of the USA Today Sports section and the owner decided to ask you what city you were flying over?

As far as SKOAL... it's all about how sly you can be. I tone down the size of the dip and place a styro cup in a discrete location, usually filled with paper towels as to avoid spills. Then I pull the "I'm just looking out the window while taking a drink" move. Since moving to a cargo operator... it's been much easier though haha. Good luck and watch for those pieces that get stuck in your teeth whenever you meet that hottie ramp girl. It never fails!

GF -- I think I was on 915 once. Is that the X Owner Services says is a non-conforming X and is not like the rest of the fleet? I also think it was owned by NetJets and not sold to share owners.

Fly safe.

yeah 915 is the oddball of the fleet. There is another one out there but i can't remember the number.

Not sure about it not being sold though.

909, 912, 915, 942- all nonstandard interiors. And all a major pain the backside. We have, what?, 75 Citation X's right now, 71 of which are identical. Nothing like flying one of the nonconforming X's and having the pax come up and ask which drawer the plates are in and going, "Oh yeah, it's the top middle, no wait, I meant, bottom left, err, gimme a sec, I'll get it, try the left corne..............Ahhhh, you know what? Umm, I've gotta listen in to ATC right now, so why don't you keep looking and I'll help ya out as soon as I have a chance."

Why they don't change these interiors to match the rest of the fleet is beyond me.
