Calling HR

Is it normal or appropriate to call or email HR? Will I be able to get in touch with HR in regards to possible employment? Will they answer questions about hiring and interviews etc? If you call/email them frequently will you more likely increase the chance of getting a call? Just wondered what was appropriate as far as trying to get in touch personally.

Yes!
If you can get a hold of them ask them. In the meantime, if they accept emails/fax's, update them a couple times a month?? If you know a employee that work's there, get them to call on your behalf, probably the best way. HR would probably relay the most accurate info to them. All your hiring/interview questions you can get from other sources.
