I have seen them before, but I have lost them somewhere in my head.

I am looking for formulas for...

calculationg VDP's, calculating rate of decsent on a penatration (have to lose 12k feet in 12 miles going 200Knots GS) looking for the rate for the VVI and the degrees nose low for the ADI.

Anyone, thanks for the help.

VDP distance: HAT/300 added to MAP

3 degree descent: Thousands of feet times 3 (doing 12K in 12 NM is going to be tough)


VS: GS times 5
