C5 FE Bonus?

I need some help from any AF types. A friend of mine who use to be a B52 gunner and C5 FE is looking at joining the guard or reserve. He is in the process of coordinating with a recruiter, and they seemed to have mentioned that C5 FEs are bonus eligible.

- Any info on Specifics would be outstanding.
