C421C Pay?

I can't find my pay tables from Pro Pilot. Can someone tell me the average payscales for C421C PIC, Part 135, air ambulance, in the midwest? Just wondering... Thanks in advance for the help.

Yuma AZ has an ambulance flying 421s and start pay is around $38,000., adds in trade-a-plane all the time.

Starting pay for someone with little to no experience is $24k. $28k with experience. Pt 135 passenger.
